What do we propose?
Thickening of sludge from settling or biological treatment. The floated sludge is dragged by scrapers on the surface of the flotation chamber and the heavier solids fall to the collection system at the bottom of the equipment. Both solids streams are diverted to recirculation or purge for further treatment and management.

Thicken the sludge generated by reducing its percentage of water, thereby reducing subsequent treatment costs.
