Matelco has been implementing the ISO 9001 quality management system<\/strong> for more than 20 years.<\/h2>\n

The year was 1997 and the objective was to increase customer satisfaction. We therefore set out to unequivocally demonstrate our ability to deliver products and services in accordance with your expectations.<\/p>\n

Time has passed. There have been changes, advances, new needs of our customers have appeared, and in Matelco we continue working with the main objective of maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification<\/strong>. To this end, we continue to analyze, review and improve our processes. To find new ways to continue to be efficient and offer a better and optimal service to our customers.<\/p>\n

In this sense, at Matelco we have worked on seven quality management principles<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n

  1. Customer focus: <\/strong>to understand the customer’s needs and expectations. It is also devoting resources to better understand how to meet them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Leadership:<\/strong> creating the conditions for people to get involved, guided by the same objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Commitment of the people who work at Matelco:<\/strong> committed at all levels. It is essential to improve your ability to create and deliver value to the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
